Foster the development of relationships among 15-30 residents

Plan and implement events to assist students in transitioning to college

Manage administrative duties: budgeting, maintenance requests, incident reports, and room transfers

Explain concepts of Software Architecture, Programming in Java, and Agile methodologies to students

Assist Professors in planning a rubric, grading, and providing feedback for ~30 assignments every other week

Supervise and aid graduate and undergraduate students in coding assignments in lab and during office hours
